Every year for the first weekend in September, people in the Saumur region get together to celebrate our wine in the heart of the town. At the wine market a lot of different activities are organised by the Syndicat Viticole des Côtes de Saumur, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the town council. It’s the perfect opportunity for the whole family to visit or revisit Saumur.

Special guided tour of Saumur, officially recognised as an artistic and historical centre, organised by the Culture department of the town council.
A tourist pass, with reductions at the major tourist attractions in Saumur (upon presentation of your wine market ticket), available from the nearby Tourist Office.
